At sofatutor, you will work on an online platform that enables over one million students to learn through play with videos, exercises, and learning materials, and you will shape the future of digital learning and teaching together with us. As Trainee (gn) in Team Organic Growth, you are significantly responsible for analyzing and optimizing our website's SEO to improve visibility, drive traffic, and ultimately contribute to our overarching goal of increasing educational accessibility through innovative organic growth strategies.

You don't live in Berlin? No problem, because you can work remotely in Germany and many other countries. Please apply stating your salary requirements and earliest possible start date.

Your Mission

Dive into the heart of digital education innovation as a Trainee in our Organic Growth team. We're looking for a passionate and forward-thinking individual, ready to explore the depths of SEO and organic growth strategies. Your role will be crucial in optimizing our online presence and contributing to our mission of making education more accessible. Your journey with us at sofatutor will include:

• Development and implementation of SEO strategies to drive organic growth in traffic and sales

• Participating in comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO activities to increase sofatutor's visibility online.

• Carefully monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to evaluate and drive success

• Take responsibility for specific areas and projects in line with sofatutor's strategic objectives

• Apply AI to improve processes and position sofatutor as a pioneer in ed-tech innovation.

We are looking for a person who seeks more than just a job; we seek someone driven by a mission to innovate and redefine educational technology. You should bring:

• Experience from internships or working student activities in SEO or organic growth that show initial parallels to your responsibilities at sofatutor

• We consider an academic background in relevant fields (e.g. business administration, marketing, sales) to be an advantage in understanding sofatutor's strategies and goals

• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with an open attitude to learning and adapting to new technologies

• Organised, structured, and independent working style

• Commitment to continuous learning and openness to new challenges

• Fluent in German at native speaker level and confident in English
