At sofatutor, you will work on an online platform that enables over one million students to learn through play with videos, exercises, and learning materials, and you will shape the future of digital learning and teaching together with us. As a (Junior) SEO Manager (gn) you are significantly responsible for the conception and implementation of SEO initiatives that will help shape the future of digital education and contribute to fully exploiting the potential of e-learning.

Your Mission

In this position, you will have the exciting opportunity to influence our organic growth strategy significantly.

These are your tasks:

• Helping to achieve traffic and revenue targets for organic growth

• Design, plan, and implement SEO campaigns

• Analysing the intentions and needs of potential customers to create targeted content

• Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant KPIs

• Deduce optimisation measures and recommendations for action

• Take responsibility for own areas and projects

• Stakeholder management

• Process optimization using AI

Are you up for the challenge? We are looking for an energetic person to join our team and drive our SEO efforts to new levels of success! As (Junior) SEO Manager (gn), you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and driving organic growth. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 to 2 years of work experience in the field of SEO (also through internships or working student activities)

• Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, sales, etc.)

• Experience with Google Suite (sheets, presentations)

• Written and spoken German at native speaker level, business fluent in English

• Organised, structured, and independent working style

• Analytical thinking, critical questioning of options, and risk assessment

• Experience in stakeholder management

• Commitment to continuous learning and openness to new challenges
