Your Mission
As CRO / Growth Designer (gn), you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Conversion Rate Specialists in a cross-functional team responsible for converting website visitors into B2C customers and improving the value experience of parents and kids. These are your specific tasks:
Creation of concepts, wireframes, designs, and prototypes for experiments that optimize visitor experience and value communication

Collaboration with the Engineering Manager and Front-End developers to deliver high-quality responsive designs
Your Profile
You are an experienced UX designer and feel comfortable in an A/B testing-centric work environment? You are interested in translating ideas, concepts, and research results into design solutions that communicate product value and address parents’ and teachers’ problems effectively and engagingly? Then this might be the perfect job for you! These are further requirements of the position:
Degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related field
Familiarity with design experiments and A/B Tests that focus on Growth / Conversion Rate Optimization and will be judged by conversion numbers
Ability to prioritize quick design progress and iteration over pixel perfection
Strong skills in translating ideas, concepts, and research results into effective design solutions
